The servers hosting the application and data are located in France (Hostinger FR datacenter). Personal data does not leave the European Union.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the entralift.io website (text, images, logos, source code) is protected by copyright law. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written consent from the publisher.

EntraLift is an unregistered trademark. Microsoft, Entra ID, Azure AD, Intune and Windows are registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation.

4. Personal data and GDPR

EntraLift collects the following data as part of its service:

• Microsoft authentication data: name, email, tenant identifier (via OAuth 2.0). Purpose: identification and multi-tenant management.
• Machine data: hostname, IP address, OS version, username, migration status. Purpose: migration management.
• Contact form: name, company, email, phone number, number of workstations. Purpose: processing business enquiries.

Legal basis: performance of a contract (migration service) and legitimate interest (contact requests).

Retention period: data is retained for the duration of service usage plus 12 months after the last activity. Contact requests are retained for 24 months.

Recipients: data is not shared with any third party. It is stored on a server hosted by Hostinger (EU/EEA).

Your rights: in accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact: contact@entralift.io

5. Cookies

EntraLift uses only strictly necessary cookies required for the operation of the service:

• entralift_session: authentication session cookie (encrypted, httpOnly, secure). Duration: 24 hours. This cookie is essential to maintain your connection to the dashboard.
• entralift_pkce: temporary cookie for the OAuth authentication flow (encrypted, httpOnly, secure). Duration: 10 minutes. Automatically deleted after sign-in.

No tracking, analytics, advertising or social media cookies are used. No data is transmitted to third parties.

In accordance with the ePrivacy Directive and CNIL guidelines, strictly necessary cookies do not require prior consent.

6. Security

Communications are encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.2/1.3). Stored passwords are encrypted using AES-256. Microsoft authentication tokens are stored encrypted on the server side. No passwords are stored in plain text.

7. Limitation of liability

EntraLift is provided "as is". The publisher shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service, including but not limited to data loss during migration. It is recommended to perform a full backup before any migration.

8. Applicable law

These legal notices are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
